After Tad calmed down, My bro-in-law offered to take him on his back.   He'd been sledding head first all day - he was fearless!  Tad did seemed to like it a lot better.

The bottom of the hill ends in the road, with a pretty good drop.   The only way to stop was to roll off before you got there, or have someone catch you.   Tad thought the bottom 20 feet was enough fun.

(The picture on the top right is misleading - the kid really did get out of the way.  But who seriously walks up the middle of the sledding hill?)  
The top left picture was our only real accident.   We'd done well at avoiding the pine tree at the bottom of the hill - until I suggested my nephews hold onto each other as they came down.   Douglas tried to help Brandon avoid it, but he hit his head.  Ouch!   Luckily, it was just a goose egg.  
Notice the ambulance in the back ground of the bottom left picture?   Across the sidewalk, someone was sledding in the more wooded area and really did hit a tree bad enough to be taken off by a stretcher.  
The bottom right picture was Douglas "trying" to stop Brandon at the bottom of the drop off.  :}

January- Tad stayed overnight in the hospital.  I loved playing with my new camera!  Elk hunting by snowmobile on the family Ranch.  A short getaway to Twin Falls with Fred.

March - Flying kites.  Zoo trip with cousins & grandma.  Trimming the apple tree.

piZap.com fun and easy photo editing June - Fawcett Family Reunion @ the Ranch - Tad loved the puppies. Petersen Family Reunion- train ride at the zoo with Great Gram. Zoo day with our little family. Rootbeer floats.

August - Tad turns 3!   Mater cake & Cowboy boots!  A couple of trips up to the sheep camp.  Roscoe the puppy was his new friend.   Playing in the water at the Brigham City Temple open house.

September - State Fair - 2 weeks of set up and work for mom.  Rodeos 3 nights in a row!  Homecoming Parade in Logan.

piZap.com fun and easy photo editing October - Fireman Tad (he dresses up at least once a day).  Handprints in the new cement.  New crafting friends! Family pictures in the fall leaves.

piZap.com fun and easy photo editing November -  Helping Pompa pour more cement.  AGGIES! - A football game and a basketball game all in one day.  Tad's favorite part... Big Blue.    Quilt ideas for me at the Festival of Trees - if I ever finish the 2 I'm working on.
