Because if he did, WE WOULD HAVE HAD THE LEGACY HIGHWAY SOONER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Monday, Sept. 15, 2008 was my first day driving on I-15 after the Legacy Hwy opened! I don't think I've ever smiled so much while driving home during rush hour. I have to admit I sped.... but who wouldn't after driving at 5 mph for the past 5 years of their life. It makes me love my job again being able to have a 35 minute commute rather than a 90 minute commute.
I even gave the Legacy Hwy a try Tuesday morning on my way out to a client's office. I have to say, I'm not a big fan of it for day to day commuting. The speed limit is 55 mph- no one was following it, but in general it just seemed like a "Sunday Drive" type of a road for me.
